FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has dismissed rumours of his collapse and death.
Briefing journalists after inspecting projects in Abuja yesterday, Wike said the death wishes fueled by political detractors following allegations against Rivers State’s suspended governor, Siminalayi Fubara, were calculated to distract him from the work he was doing in the FCT.
Wike assured the public that he is in good health and remains focused on his duties, and linked the rumours to an attempt to divert attention from revelations about alleged plots against the Rivers State House of Assembly and national assets in the state.
