Former Nigerian international, Dosu Joseph has assured that the Super Eagles will recover from their loss against Mali ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers slated for June. 

Recall that Nigeria lost 2-0 to Mali on Tuesday in the second friendly game, few days after defeating Ghana 2-1.

In a chat with the press, the Atlanta Olympic gold medalist stated that the team played well despite losing to Mali.

He however, said that the Super Eagles will recover from the defeat before the start of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in June.
