Multichoice Group, the parent company of DStv and GOtv, has debunked claims that payment is required to participate in Big Brother Naija auditions.

In an announcement made across its official social media platforms, the company emphasised that both interested participants and the general public should verify all BBNaija-related information solely through their official channels.

The group reiterated that the audition process for the popular reality TV show is entirely free for all eligible Nigerians, and cautioned against any messages, whether online or offline, that request payment for entry.

In May 2025, the company announced that auditions for the much-anticipated BBNaija Season 10 would be held in three cities; Lagos, Enugu, and Abuja from May 16 to May 18.
