Lil Durk is presently incarcerated in Miami on a conspiracy charge of murder-for-hire. Shortly after five suspected OTF affiliates were detained last week, the Chicago rapper was also arrested. The authorities suspect they were bribed to carry out an attack on Quando Rondo, but his cousin Lul Pab was killed instead.
However, a source recently told TMZ that Durk intends to enter a not guilty plea. He might potentially be sentenced to life in prison or the death penalty if proven guilty.
Burna Boy sparked controversy when he demanded Durk’s freedom “The streets ain’t what it used to be,” he wrote. “The old rules no longer apply. The way I see it, everybody is a civilian now… No more sliding, just sue your opps to court and take they money.”Â
