The Lagos State Government has announced that it would shut Bourdillon Road in Ikoyi for two days for construction of work.
A statement issued by the Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi today said the government would be diverting vehicular traffic away from Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi between 9:00am and 5:00pm on Saturday 24th August and 9:00am to 12:00 noon on Sunday 25th August, 2024.
He said in the light of this diversion, an alternative route had been mapped out for motorists plying the corridor, but motorists on the lane inbound Alexander Avenue from Falomo Roundabout would not be affected by the diversion.
