Jessie J has revealed she’s been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer, sharing the news on Instagram.

The singer said she will undergo surgery after her performance at Capital’s Summertime Ball at Wembley later this month.

She explained she had been “in and out of tests” and chose to go public to help process the diagnosis and stand in solidarity with others facing similar battles.

Jessie J was recently confirmed to perform at BBC Radio 2 in the Park this September.
