Holly Madison Reflects on Sex Life with Hugh Hefner, Calls Group Encounters ‘Disgusting’

Holly Madison is speaking candidly about her intimate relationship with late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, revealing that she strongly disliked their group sexual encounters at the Playboy Mansion.

During her appearance on the May 2 episode of the In Your Dreams podcast with host Owen Thiele, the 45-year-old former Girls Next Door star opened up about her time as one of Hefner’s live-in girlfriends. She described a stark contrast between their private moments and situations involving others.

“It was a very different experience when it was just the two of us compared to when there were others in the room,” she said, referring to the group sex that was reportedly common during her years at the Mansion. “When others were involved, I hated it. It was disgusting, and I made that very clear.”

Despite their 53-year age difference, Madison said their private sex life wasn’t as unusual as many might assume. “Just him and me? It was a lot more normal than people think,” she said. When Thiele expressed skepticism, Madison replied, “Nobody believes it.”

She also addressed public reactions she’s received on social media over the years, often mocking Hefner’s age. “There was a time I couldn’t post anything without someone commenting, ‘Oh, old balls,’” she joked. “Maybe some people’s balls do get old and gross, but I never saw anything like that.”

Madison added that she and Hefner usually kept the lights off, so she couldn’t say for sure. Laughing, she quoted an old saying: “All cats are gray in the dark.”
