Two of Nollywood’s filmmakers, Funke Akindele and Kunle Afolayan, have announced their anticipated films to kick start 2025.
Akindele has announced that her latest movie, “Finding Me”, will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on March 17, 2025.
The film features lineup of stars, including Ariyo Oluwakemisola Apesin, Dakore Egbuson-Akande, Joseph Benjamin, Emeka Nwagbaraocha, Sharon Ooja Egwurube, Shaffy Bello, Omoni Oboli, and Femi Adebayo.
On the other hand, filmmaker Kunle Afolayan confirmed the release date for his psychological drama, titled: “Recall”, which will hit cinemas on April 4, 2025.
“Recall” stars Sharon Ooja, Haitian actor Jimmy Jean-Louis, Patience Ozokwor, Bimbo Akintola, Mama Rainbow, Ekpenyong Inyang, and Shan George, with a special appearance by singer Tosin Martins.
