Ighalo Misses Training Due To Quarantine Protocol

Manchester United's latest signing Odion Ighodalo is yet to resume training with the rest of the players since his arrival from China. This is due to the potential risk of the Coronavirus (also known as Covid 19).  The 30-year-old was also not selected to go for winter break training with the rest of the team for fear of difficulty in returning.


Marcus Rojo To Join Estudiantes On Loan

Manchester United defender, Marcos Rojo, will reportedly be joining an Argentine club, Estudiantes, on loan. The Argentina centre-back, who joined from Sporting Lisbon for £16m in 2014, has not featured for United since the 3-1 win over Brighton on 10 November.


Although United boos  Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has said, Rojo was unlikely to leave Old Trafford in the transfer window that closes on Friday. However, it is understood a deal is in place for him to return to Argentina.

Worst Squad In 30 Years - Peter Crouch Comments On Man Utd Loss

Manchester United fans are yet to recover from the 2-0 defeat to Burnley at Old Trafford on Wednesday. In an interview with BT Sport, Peter Crouch this present squad as "the worst in last 30 years." 


"Look at the options off the bench. It is miles off it. I don't know what a Manchester United player is anymore. Most of the players that Manchester United have bought in the last five years have gone backwards," Crouch commented. 


I'll Be Back Fitter Than Ever - Rashford

Manchester United Striker Marcus Rashford assures that he will before the end of the season as he recuperates from a stress fracture. "Blink and I'll be back, fitter than ever," he said via Twitter.  Although Solksjaer has not given any assurance of his return this season, Rashford wrote on Wednesday: "I'll be back before the season ends to hopefully help my team claim top four."


Man Utd Charged By FA For Player Misconduct In Liverpool Defeat

Manchester United have been charged by the Football Association for failing "to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion" during their 2-0 defeat on Sunday.


The club was charged as regards the incident that ensued between the United players and referee Craig Pawson after he had initially allowed a goal by Liverpool's forward, Robert Firmino. The video assistant referee ruled out the goal for a foul by Virgil van Dijk on keeper David de Gea in the build-up.

Man Utd Cancel Training In Gulf Region Due To Tensions Rising

Manchester United have cancelled their training plans in the Gulf region during next month's winter break. This is as a result of the security tensions rising in the Middle-East.


In January last year, Solskjaer took his squad to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and sent some of his players there again in November during an international break. United have also previously used the Aspire Academy in Qatar's capital Doha for a winter training camp.


Ashley Young Rejects Contract Extension At Man. Utd.

Manchester United defender, Ashley Young, has refused to extend his contract by a year under the due to lack of playing time. The  34-year-old has been in talks with the Inter Milan and hoped to join them this month. If Young can not join Inter Milan he plans to join them in the summer as a free agent.


He has made 18 appearances this term but has only started 10 league games. He has played 261 times for the Old Trafford club.
