US President Donald Trump is marking the 100th day of his second term in office.
Addressing a crowd of supporters in Michigan, Trump claimed his presidency is delivering “profound change” and called his efforts a “revolution of common sense”.
He highlighted his progress on reducing migrant crossings at the southern border, which have plummeted to around 7,000, down from 140,000 in March last year.
However, Trump’s economic policies have faced criticism, particularly his tariffs on foreign cars and car parts. Some business owners are concerned about potential price increases.
The Democratic National Committee has criticized his presidency, calling his first 100 days a “colossal failure” and blaming him for rising expenses and potential recession.
