Temsā single “Found,” from her 2021 sophomore EP If Orange Was A Place, has achieved significant commercial success, garnering over 119 million Spotify streams, making it one of her most streamed songs. The track’s success comes after Tems gained international mainstream recognition following her appearance on Wizkid’s global hit “Essence.”
With this latest achievement, Tems now holds three platinum certifications, including “Found,” as well as “Wait For U” with Future and “Free Mind.” She also recently earned RIAA gold certifications for her song “Higher” and her EPĀ For Broken Ears, making her the first Nigerian female artist to have an RIAA gold-certified album.
Additionally, Tems joins Wizkid and Rema as the only Nigerian artists with RIAA-certified projects, with WizkidāsĀ Made In LagosĀ and RemaāsĀ Raves & RosesĀ also achieving RIAA gold certification.
