In a heartbreaking announcement, the family of Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner Phyna has confirmed the death of her sister, Ruth Otabor.

Ruth’s death comes after a tragic accident involving a truck linked to the Dangote Group near Auchi Polytechnic in Edo State. She had to undergo a leg amputation after the incident, which occurred only days after her graduation.

Meanwhile, the Dangote Group has expressed sorrow over the death of Ruth, saying arrangements had been made to fly Ruth to India for advanced medical treatment, pending clearance from her doctors.

In its statement, the Dangote Group extended heartfelt condolences to Ruth’s family, friends, and loved ones.
