Offset has paid tribute to his fallen Migos brother Takeoff following his tragic murder earlier in November. Set took to Instagram and penned a heartfelt goodbye message to Takeoff on Tuesday on the heels of delivering a teary-eyed speech at the 28-year-old’s Celebration of Life ceremony last week.

“Dear Take, doesn’t feel real posting you like this….This still doesn’t feel like reality. I’ve been searching for the right words to say, but there aren’t any that will suffice. Until we meet again, Rest In Power. I love you,” he captioned the post. Offset added: “I wish I could hug you one last time. Laugh one last time. Smoke one last time. Perform one last time. I know someone with a soul like yours is in heaven now.”

The Migos rapper hadn’t previously posted about Takeoff in the two weeks since his death outside of changing his profile picture on Instagram to the late rhymer.

Offset fought back tears while speaking at last week’s service and paying homage to Takeoff.“ Changed the culture of music forever, you did that Take,” he said. “You changed that flow. That flow came from Take, the originator. The originator of that flow. He changed the music. “Lord give us the strength, give us the strength, the family and everybody, give us the strength. I don’t want to question God, but I just don’t get it.”

Takeoff was shot multiple times and killed outside of 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston during the early hours of November 1. The Harris County Medical Examiner listed his cause of death as “penetrating gunshot wounds of head and torso into arm.”

No arrests have been made in the case yet and Quavo’s sister is demanding justice for TakeOff. “Find out who did this to my nephew!!!! By any means,” she wrote to her Instagram Story earlier this week.
