Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing broke down in tears during an interview after a gym photo of her, taken without consent, went viral online. She criticised those body-shaming her, stressing she has always had a natural body and is a mother of a six-year-old.

Blessing revealed she traced the woman who secretly photographed her at the gym and had her arrested, accusing the fitness centre of initially hiding the culprit’s identity. She condemned the invasion of her privacy and called for respect for women’s bodies and boundaries.

The incident has reignited conversations about consent, body-shaming, and unethical social media behaviour in public spaces.
