Actress Megan Fox announced her pregnancy with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly in a heartfelt Instagram post on November 12, 2024. Sharing a photo from her maternity shoot, where she is covered in black liquid and cradling her baby bump, Fox tagged Kelly in the image.

She also posted a close-up of a positive pregnancy test, captioning the post, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” referencing a song by Kelly about their previous pregnancy loss.

This child will be Fox’s fourth and Kelly’s second. Fox has three sons — Noah (12), Bodhi (10), and Journey (8) — with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, while Kelly is father to his daughter, Casie.

Fox and Kelly’s relationship began in March 2020 on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass. The couple went public shortly after, and they became engaged in January 2022.
