On the final day of the 2024/2025 Premier League season, all 10 matches were played simultaneously. Liverpool clinched their 20th league title with a 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace, completing a dominant campaign.

Manchester City, Chelsea, and Newcastle secured Champions League spots alongside Liverpool, Arsenal, and Tottenham. Aston Villa missed out after a controversial 2-0 loss to Manchester United but earned a Europa League place, while Nottingham Forest qualified for the Conference League.

At the bottom, Ipswich, Leicester, and Southampton were relegated. Elsewhere, Brighton stunned Tottenham 4-1, and Arsenal edged Southampton with a late winner.
