Kanye West has sold his Bighorn Mountain Ranch in Greybull, Wyoming, back to its original owners, the Flitner family. Purchased in 2019 for $14 million, the 6.7-acre property features multiple cabins, a five-bedroom log home, and scenic terrain. The recent sale, notarized by West’s wife Bianca Censori on Sept. 17, returned the ranch to Greg and Pam Flitner.
Originally listed for nearly $17 million, the final sale reportedly matched West’s purchase price of $14 million. This marks the second Wyoming ranch West has tried to sell. His first, Monster Lake Ranch, remains on the market.
West once envisioned building a “Yeezy Campus” across his Wyoming properties, where he spent time with his then-wife Kim Kardashian and their children. The ranches also hosted several celebrity visitors, including Justin Bieber.
