Edo Queens were held to a goalless draw by Egypt’s FC Masar in their 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League Group B clash in Casablanca last night.
The result ensured the Nigerian champions maintained the top spot in Group B with four points from two games, ahead of FC Masar who have the same points but with an inferior goal difference.
Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns, who Edo Queens will face in their last group game on Saturday, got their campaign back on track courtesy of a 4-0 victory over Commercial Bank FC of Ethiopia.
