DJ Neptune has denied defrauding former BBNaija winner, Laycon, over unpaid
royalties for their collaboration on “Nobody Icons Remix.”

In a recent podcast interview, DJ Neptune clarified that the issue was related to
documentation rather than any wrongdoing.

He explained that the song’s distribution deal included advanced marketing
expenses that needed to be recovered.

DJ Neptune also noted that Laycon’s team was offered a percentage of the
royalties, but they declined the offer, which has led to ongoing discussions
between their legal representatives.
