Davido has claimed that there are threats to cancel his show in Lagos state billed for December 24th over his recent US interview. 

Recall that the singer has recently come under fire from some Nigerians after going on an interview to expose that the Nigerian economy is in shambles, while discouraging Nigerians in the diaspora from relocating back to the country.

The singer in a post on X did not mention those behind the threat but added in a separate post that he does not have to perform in Nigeria.
