Dale Moss Returns to Bachelor in Paradise with a Fresh Perspective on Love
Five years after his whirlwind engagement to Clare Crawley on The Bachelorette, Dale Moss is stepping back into Bachelor Nation — this time as a single man on season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise.

Now 36, Moss says he’s approaching the experience with openness and a desire to let go of control. “Life brings change, and it’s refreshing to enter something without all the answers — just being myself and seeing what happens,” he shared.
Following his 2021 breakup with Crawley and a recent split from HGTV’s Galey Alix after over two years together, Moss admitted he once coped with heartbreak by shutting down emotionally. “I’ve grown a lot. I realized that disappearing after a breakup isn’t the healthiest way forward,” he said.
He emphasized that there’s mutual respect between him and his ex and that moving on is simply “part of the process.” While still healing, Moss is open to connection and hopeful about what Paradise might bring.
Bachelor in Paradise season 10 premieres July 7.
