The hit song “Calm Down,” which features Selena Gomez on the remix, has become the 12th most-listened song internationally on Apple Music, marking another milestone for the Afrobeats superstar.

According to statistics released on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, Calm Down’s 12th place performance makes it the highest entry ever for an African song on the list.

Plays from November 1, 2022, to October 31, 2023, served as the basis for the charts.

The most streamed song on the platform was “Last Night” by country music artist Morgan Wallen. Miley Cyrus’s “Flowers” came in second, and SZA’s “Kill Bill” came in third.

Rich Flex by Drake and 21 Savage, Snooze by SZA once more, Anti-Hero by Taylor Swift, Idol by Yoasobi, Under the Influence by Chris Brown, Creepin’ by Metro Booming, The Weeknd and 21 Savage, and Subtitle by Official Hige Dandism are some more songs that made it into the top 10.
