Beyoncé turned a special moment into a lifelong memory for one lucky couple during her Cowboy Carter Tour.

At the fourth New Jersey stop of her tour at MetLife Stadium, the superstar paused her performance after spotting a sign in the crowd requesting a gender reveal. Reading the sign aloud — “First born, Carter. Gender reveal. Right now?” — the 43-year-old singer acknowledged the request before briefly leaving the stage.

True to her word, Beyoncé returned in a new outfit — trading her red leather look for a black jumpsuit with American flag-themed flared legs — and followed through with the surprise. “I’m gonna take my time,” she teased, before opening the envelope provided by the couple.

As the camera zoomed in, Beyoncé revealed the word “COWBOY” in bold blue and black letters. “It’s a boy! God bless you. Congratulations,” she announced as the crowd erupted in cheers. “Thank you so much for letting me be a part of this moment,” she added warmly.

The touching scene quickly went viral, with Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, sharing a fan-shot clip on social media. “Wow!!! Who does a gender reveal in the cold and rain? I told her, ‘Girl, you’re gonna get sick!’” she joked in the caption.

This isn’t the first time Beyoncé has helped fans share baby news during her tour. In July 2023, during her Renaissance World Tour in Cologne, Germany, she also paused mid-show to help a fan reveal they were expecting a baby girl — even playfully referencing her hit “Run the World (Girls)” during the moment.

Beyoncé continues to prove that even amid massive stadium tours, she never misses an opportunity to connect with her fans in meaningful ways.
