Allison Holker Says Getting a Boob Job Was a Confidence Boost: ‘I’m Choosing Me’

Allison Holker recently revealed that she underwent breast augmentation—something she had wanted since high school.

“I haven’t really publicly talked about it,” the So You Think You Can Dance alum, 37, shared on the May 25 episode of Between Us, the podcast she co-hosts with her 16-year-old daughter, Weslie. “I recently had a boob job, and I’m so happy with it.”

Holker explained that despite wanting implants for years, her dance career made the timing difficult. “I thought I’d need to take a couple of months off, and it seemed like a big deal. But once I did it, it really wasn’t.”

She also shared that the decision was deeply personal and part of a healing process after the loss of her husband, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, who died by suicide in 2022 at age 40.

“I think I needed a little encouragement. I’ve gone through a lot over the last couple of years, and my confidence was all over the place,” she said. “So I was like, ‘You know what, I’m going to do something for me.’”

Holker said the experience has been empowering, especially being open about it with her daughter. “It was really nice—having conversations with Weslie, and her seeing me go through this process of saying, ‘I’m going to choose me for a second.’ And now, I’m so happy with it.”
