One of New York's prominent radio stations has banned Tekashi 6ix9ine's new music from airing on their station. According to sources, A Hot 97 executive reportedly said when 6ix9ine is released from prison, the station likely won’t play any of his new songs and doesn’t “anticipate” supporting his music at all.
They are reportedly not a fans 6ix9ine and role as government star witness in the case against alleged Nine Trey gang members Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack has made his reputation with the station worse. This is no suprise to the rap community. Snoop Dogg, The Game and Ice-T are among the many who have criticized the 23-year-old for “snitching.”
