Zoella, Alfie Deyes and KSI will headline HelloWorld, a new live show taking place in Birmingham in October.
Caspar Lee, Joe Sugg and Louise Pentland are among the other YouTubers confirmed for the event, which will feature fashion, music and signings.
"I'm so excited to be part of such an exciting live project that means I can meet my audience in a way that has never been done before," says Jim Chapman.
The show will also be streamed online.
Organised by the creative team behind the MTV Video Music Awards, the event will have activities such as bake-offs, aerobics classes and a funfair.
"HelloWorld even has its own weather," say promoters.
"I'm so excited to invite our incredible fans to a new live event, the scale of which we have never seen before in the digital space," says Caspar Lee.
"We've all been working hard with an amazing team to create something truly special for them - I cannot wait to see our ideas come to life."
The man in charge, Paul Caslin, has worked with the likes of Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran.
"HelloWorld is without doubt the most ambitious and exciting project I've ever been involved in," he said.
"The aim is to create the world's first fully immersive live show featuring the biggest online and social media talent from across the globe all under one roof.
"Think 'Woodstock' for the iPhone generation."
Highlights from the show will be aired on BBC Radio 1.
The performance will take place on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 October at Birmingham's Genting Arena.
