Lady Gaga has announced some new music with a single, called Perfect Illusion, which will be released in September. The star's website has been turned into an eternally scrolling neon script detailing the single's name and month of release. She also posted a jigsaw of images on her Instagram to announce her return to the pop world. Gaga last hit the UK charts with her 2013 single, Do What U Want, taken from her third solo album, Artpop.
Here's what her website looks like right now. It has been a busy day for Gaga, as she also confirmed she'll be starring alongside Bradley Cooper in a remake of classic Hollywood drama, A Star Is Born. She is also heading back to TV screens in September when she returns for the sixth series of American Horror Story. Gaga has been working on her fourth full solo album with the likes of producer RedOne and Mark Ronson. Mark recently praised his work with Gaga, telling Beats 1 it is "some of my favourite music I've really ever worked on. It's incredible." "It's very rare you're working on something and you go to bed at 3am in the morning and you wake up at 8am and you just cannot wait to get back to the studio to work on that thing you want to work on," he said. Earlier this week, a track featuring Azealia Banks called Red Flame leaked online.
