Drake’s fifth studio album, Scorpion has stayed at number 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart for the third week in a row with 260,000 equivalent album units. As expected, 82 percent of Scorpion‘s total was made up of streaming units. The record-breaking project makes it the first album since Adele’s 25 in 2015 to pull in at least 260,000 units in each of its first three weeks. Traditional album sales totaled at 29,000.
Number 2 on this week’s chart is Wiz Khalifa’s Rolling Papers 2, with 80,000 total units. The rest of this week’s top 5 includes Post Malone’s Beerbongs & Bentleys at Number 3 68,000 units, XXXTentacion’s ‘?’ at number 4 with 45,000 units, and Cardi B’s Invasion of Privacy at number 5 with 44,000 units.
